Bailey Panel Support Frame Template Installation Procedure

The template installation procedure of the bailey panel support frame:

1. Level the site and make concrete beam pedestals;

2. Install the bottom mold beam and fix the outer mold ~ E-YA road;

3. Install the bottom template. Pre-assemble the outer mold on the track outside the scope of the bottom mold base;

4. The outer mold is positioned on its own along the track;

6. Install the sliding track of the inner mold. Pre-assemble the box girder inner form at the beam end;

7. Slide the assembled inner mold into the box girder and drop it into place;

8. Hoisting the reinforcement of the top plate of the box girder;

9. Install the upper and lower tie rods between the outer molds on both sides and the tie bolts between the inner and outer molds
