33.528m HD200 Modular Bailey Bridge Successfully Delivered in Philippines With External 2.6m Pipe Support Beam

Recently, our overseas engineering project achieved an important milestone. The 33.528m HD200-type Bailey Bridge project in the Philippines has been fully completed and handed over to the client. The whole on-site erection was finished within only 10 days. Our efficient execution and customized engineering solution have won full recognition from the customer.

The bridge has a clear span of 33.528 meters, adopting HD200 modular steel truss system. Structural calculation and optimization are carried out strictly in accordance with AASHTO American bridge design specifications. To satisfy the client's special operation requirements, an external 2.6m pipe support beam is installed on the outer side of the main bridge. The integrated design realizes vehicle transportation and pipeline laying simultaneously. It becomes a representative case of customized application of modular bailey bridges.
