The Difference Between HD200 Prefabricated Highway Steel Bridge And 321 Bailey Steel Bridge
Dec 21, 2021
There are two types of Bailey bridges, one is 321 steel bridge and the other is HD200 steel bridge. So what are the differences between them?
1. The net lane width of the 321 bailey steel bridge is 3.7 meters, and the net lane width of the 200-type steel bridge has two types: the standard width is 4.2 meters (convenient for the passage of special vehicles);
2. When it is necessary to pass a special load, the "321" cannot bear it, while the HD200 steel bridge can pass a maximum load of 60 tons for a single vehicle.
3. In the case of large spans, the steel consumption of its "321" steel bridge significantly exceeds that of the hd200 steel bridge.
The 4.200 prefabricated highway steel bridge adopts staggered arrangement of the joint between the reinforced chords and the joint between the truss to reduce the inelastic deformation caused by the pin hole gap, and adopts the pre-arch method to greatly reduce the vertical deflection of the bridge.321 The steel bridge cannot be arranged in this way, and the deflection of the whole bridge is larger than that of the hd200 steel bridge.
The 5.200 prefabricated highway steel bridge bolt connection component adopts the method of positioning and fixing of the guide sleeve to increase the connection accuracy of the product. The guide sleeve is sheared and the bolts are tensioned, which improves the service life of the bolts and ensures the safety of the steel bridge.
6. The hd200 wind-resistant tie rod is made into an integral type and connected with the beam to improve the overall stability of the steel bridge.
7. The horizontal support frame and the truss piece of the 7.hd200 steel bridge are bridged and fixed, which can ensure that the entire bridge has no side bends, and the entire bridge is built with pre-camber.
8 Steel bridge components are less convenient for assembly, disassembly, transportation, and storage.
In summary, the HD200 prefabricated highway steel bridge has certain advantages in the case of large spans and special loads.
